Social Security #: We use your social security number to conduct a criminal background check before the employment process begins. Your SSN is not required on this form now, but before we can proceed, your SSN will need to be provided. Once you are logged in, you may download a background-check form (or obtain it from a showroom location), and fill it out in its entirety, sign it and fax it to Human Resources at 770-532-3375.
Your SSN is stored in an encrypted format on a server in a locked datacenter and only viewable by Human Resources.
Username: Your username will need to be a unique name. It can be as large as 20 characters. When you submit the form, if this name already exists, you will be notified and instructed to choose another. A login is necessary to access the pre-employment tests and online courses which are conditions to employment i.e. Sexual Harassment awareness training.
Password: Your password can be up to 20 characters long and a minimum of 5 characters. It is stored in an encrypted format on our server and undecipherable. If you ever forget your password, it can be reset and the new one sent to the email address you enter in the form below.
Why a Login: A login is necessary for you to access the pre-employment tests and necessary to complete the online training course(s) i.e. Sexual Harassment training, which are conditions to employment. It also allows you the convenience of completing tests online from the comfort of your home and download the background-check form which saves you a trip to a showroom.
